WSSA Summer Meeting & Campout
August 16th-18th, 2024
A fun weekend with snowmobilers at a family-friendly RV Park (Blu-Shastin on the northern end of Blewett Pass).  Meeting on Saturday at 9am.  Friday night chili dinner and three meals available on Saturday.  A couple of fun fundraising events also included.  Join us!

WSSA Winter Rendezvous
February 7th-9th, 2025, Dayton 
Come to Dayton for three days of fun riding the Washington and
 Oregon Blues!  Rides planned for all riding styles - trail to extreme!  We’ll have dinner and entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights.  Family friendly!

This is a family-friendly event for all ages. All attendees must bee registered for the event.

Campbell's Resort Room must be booked directly with the Resort.
Cancellation Policy:
All WSSA registration cancellation requests must be received by February 7 for a refund of meal costs.

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Early check-in, Welcome packet, Signup
sheet for Friday guided rides.  Info available
for local attractions.

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Meet & Greet: Campbell’s Bar

 

FRIDAY, February 14th 

8:00 am to 5:00 pm Check-in, Welcome packet for new arrivals,
Signup sheet for Saturday guided rides.

8:00 am to 4:30 pm Guided rides.  Open time for non-riders. 

5:30 pm to 6:00 pm Hospitality hour.  No host bar.  Submit
snowmobiling pictures for photo contest of
action, worst stuck/other mishaps, scenery and
family shots.

6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Welcome from WSSA and Dinner

7:00 pm to 7:30 pm WSSA General Meeting.  Treasurer’s report,
Minutes of last meeting, some old business,
close.

7:30 pm to 9:00 pm Snowmobile Movie Night

SATURDAY, February 15th        

8:00 am to 4:30 pm Guided rides.  Open time for non-riders.

4:30 pm Photo Contest.  Submit snowmobiling pictures
for photo contest of action, worst stuck/other
mishaps, scenery and family shots.  Signup
sheet for Sunday guided ride.

4:30 pm to 6:00 pm No host bar.  Silent Auction opens.  Pictures for
photo contest displayed; voting begins.  Sled
Deck $5 raffle tickets on sale supporting Legal
Action Fund.

6:00 pm Photo contest voting ends; votes tabulated

6:00 pm to 7:00 pm WSSA General Meeting. Unfinished business
                                  new business, election results.
7:00 pm to 10:00 pm Dinner Buffet.  Silent Auction Closes, Guest

Speaker: TBD, Awards, Sled Deck raffle, short
live auction, photo contest winners announced.

10:00 pm to 11:00 pm Pay for and pick up Auction items.

Saturday – Smokehouse Barbecue Buffet

Barbecued chicken, barbecued ribs, corn on the cob, brown sugar baked beans, coleslaw, fruit, salad, cornbread, whip honey butter, cookie & brownie tray, coffee, tea, and decaf iced tea
